How to use Equite.io to its fullest: service guide
Every month we add new options to the Equite.io interface. The service was created as a trader's portfolio but has developed into a tool for professional growth for experts and a platform to communicate. We have big plans ahead, including a contest with prizes for the best. And now we want to make an overview of Equit.io with all the available functions and details of registration.
Your Equie.io account
The first step is registration. The basic version is completely free, and it takes less than a minute to create an account.
- Open the registration menu by clicking the button TRY IT, or CREATE FOR FREE (look at the main page). You also can do it on the page with the list of tariffs.
- Sign up using an email or Google account. We recommend using Yandex, Google mail, or mailboxes on servers you are sure of.
- Verify your mail by following the link in the letter.
Now you can create your own page in Equite.io that will show your success and progress in trading. For an account manager, it is a convenient tool to attract investors.
Create portfolio safely
To create a page, go to your profile page. Use the profile icon in the right corner of the screen or the button on the main page.
On the free basic version, you can create one page of a public portfolio with limited functionality.
Obligatory boxes:
- Name (up to 8 characters)
- Secret key
- API key
Pay attention to the settings exporting an API key from an exchange. We recommend you to choose a key without access to trading and withdrawing funds. How to do: in the export settings choose the options “Read-only” (Binance) or “Order Canceled” (Bitmex).
Become a pro!
With a basic (free) tariff, a trader has one portfolio page and limited functions. To get the most out of your portfolio, upgrade to the Pro plan for $ 15 per month. You will be able to search for new clients right in Equite.io, manage multiple public portfolios on one page, and see all the changes online.
And with an extended Business plan, you’ll increase this opportunity to 100 pages.
